2010 HS Powerlifting National Championships
Tentative Competition Schedule
Thursday
Early equipment check for sessions I & II (all JV’s) from 5:00-7:30 p.m.
Friday
Session I (All JV Lifters)
Equipment check if needed
Weigh-ins (JV girls 97-148, JV boys 114-181) 7:00-8:30a.m.
Rules meeting 8:30 a.m.
Warm up will immediately follow the rules meeting.
Lifting will begin at 9:00a.m. Sharp! (Awards will immediately follow)
Session II
Equipment check if needed
Weigh-ins (JV girls 165-SHW, JV boys 198-SHW) 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Rules meeting at 2:30
Warm ups will immediately follow the rules meeting.
Lifting will begin at 3 p.m. (Awards will immediately follow)
Early equipment check for Saturday’s lifters ( Varsity girls 97-148,
Varsity boys 114-181) 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Saturday
Session III
Equipment check if needed
Weigh-in (Varsity girls 97-123, Varsity boys 114-148) 7:00-8:30 a.m.
Rules meeting at 8:30 a.m.
Warm-up will immediately follow rules meeting
Lifting will begin at 9:00a.m. Sharp! (Awards will immediately follow)
Session IV
Equipment check if needed
Weigh-in (Varsity girls 132-165, Varsity boys 165-181) 12:00-1:30 p.m.
Rules meeting at 1:30 p.m.
Warm-ups will immediately follow rules meeting.
Lifting will begin at 2:00 p.m. (Awards will immediately follow)
Early equipment check for Sunday’s lifters (Varsity girls 181-SHW,
Varsity boys 198-SHW) 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Sunday
Session V
Equipment check if needed
Weigh-in (Varsity girls 181-SHW, Varsity boys 198-SHW) 7:00-8:30 a.m.
Rules meeting at 9:00 a.m.
