You can download the team entry form for Nationals to be eligible for the Team Awards for the Varsity & JV competition.  There is a $60.00 fee for entering into the team competition for varsity & JV and it must be paid the day of the meet - (first day of varsity competition on Saturday and first day of JV competition on Friday).  

NOTE - If you want to to enter a team into the JV and a team into Var it is $120.00 total not $60.00 

You may enter a maximum of 10 lifters in the team competition for boys and the same procedure exists for the girls competition in both the JV and Varsity. 

Varsity awards for teams - $60 FEE to enter per area - boys and girls is a separate fee  

1st - 5th place both girls and boys -  (Team awards will be in the form of laser engraved plaques)

JV awards for teams -  $60 FEE to enter per area - boys and girls is a separate fee 

1st - 5th place both girls and boys - same as Varsity (Team awards will be in the form of laser engraved plaques)

Combined Team Awards - There will only be 1 combined team award for JV and 1 for Varsity and this award is based on combining up to 5 male lifters from your boys team and 5 female lifters from your girls team together for 1 award.  Download the combined team award form attached below in PDF format.  This award will have a separate $60.00 fee
